Refund policy

This Site takes no orders, so it cannot give refunds. Joint Genesis is sold through ClickBank and each order is covered by the seller's 180-day money-back guarantee. What follows summarizes the seller's refund page as we read it on October 27, 2026. If the checkout shows different terms, those apply.

The guarantee at a glance

• The 180 days are counted from the order date, not from the day the parcel arrives.
• The empty-bottle rule applies: you return only the bottles that are still unopened. Opened or empty bottles do not need to be sent back.
• You pay the return shipping.
• The refund is due within 5 to 7 business days after the bottles arrive.

How to ask for a refund

1. Within 180 days of your order, contact the seller's support at [email protected] or (800) 589-4191. Give your first name, last name, order email and order confirmation number.
2. Pack the unopened bottles together with the packing slip.
3. Post the parcel to BIODYNAMIX, 19655 E 35th Dr, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA, at your own cost.
4. When the bottles arrive, the seller processes your refund, which is due within 5 to 7 business days.
